Skråstad Gård

The farm is located along the Otra River, just 5 kilometers from Kristiansand. The smallholding has been producing food for the local area since 1773. Today, it produces apples, plums, currants, blackcurrants, and other berries. There are bees on the farm that ensure good pollination and delicious honey. Most of what is produced on the farm is processed into everything from juices and jams to berries in confections. Skråstad Farm is one of many small craft businesses in Southern Norway producing local food.
